Welcome to a Life Behind the Scenes, this is a blog where I share about my life and lessons I've learned, or am learning in some cases, as a production professional working at a church. 

WAIT DON'T LEAVE YET!

I also freelance a bit both as a production video specialist and a photographer so not everything I talk about is just what's happening at my church, and speaking of which for clarity (which I've been told is also kindness) The views and opinions that I publish here are my own and don't necessarily reflect the views and opinions of any of the organizations I work for, or freelance with. 

Think of this blog as a bit of a personal journal of lessons I'm learning, or random thoughts I have as someone living a life both in ministry and in production. 

Am I an expert in my field? I would say no, but I'm an avid student of what I do, and I hope that I am constantly improving both in my leadership and in my technical and artistic abilities. 

My hope is that those of you who will come along on this journey with me can learn the lessons that I am, hopefully learning from my mistakes so that you won't have to make the same ones... 

And with that, it's time to get to work.
